Following the announcement of the extension to the current COVID-19 lockdown we are continuing to operate the centre on a skeleton service model, which means that the centre will remain accessible for essential users only.
We will review this position as further guidance is provided by HM Government. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need help with issues in the centre, please call our ‘Customer Hotline’ on 01865 959 360.
We realise this is a difficult time for our customers and that there are many challenges still to overcome. To this end we have set up a 'Business Support Hotline'; this can be accessed by emailing email@example.com or calling 01865 261 500. This service is available to all OI customers throughout the working week (8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday) and will be staffed by one of our Innovation Directors. We want to provide the critical guidance necessary at this time, and signpost as much information as possible on the government support available.

This small internal office has a short notice period for maximum flexibility. The licence is on an all inclusive basis and should you want it, personalised business support is delivered by our Incubator Director. There are meeting rooms on site and access to our break out areas and networking events and business development seminars, perfect support for a small business.
One of our larger offices which also has an internal separate office, large windows and a lovely aspect overlooking the front of the mill. It has air conditioning and is available with a flexible lease agreement with a one month notice period. One to one business support, access to the business lounges and networking and business development events are all included in this package.
We provide a desk, chair and locked set of drawers in this office of four people sharing. The package includes internet access to a shared pool and a post box. In addition, you can also purchase a telephone, ad hoc reception services, join our coffee club and rent our meeting rooms.
